Over the past few months, it has become obvious that eventually, the Sonics are going to end up there. To all of the disgruntled Sonic fans, all I have to say is don't be so selfish. OK has never had a major sports franchise to speak of(the Hornets don't count), so why shouldn't they get their chance in the big leagues.

Here is just a sampling of what they have been missing over the years:

1)Owners who could care less about the fan.....it's all about the bottom line. After all, they aren't rich for nothing.

2)Franchises holding a community hostage for a new arena.

3)The drunk idiot who won't quit cussing and making a fool of himself in front of your children.

4)Holdouts

5)Player strikes and general labor unrest(you are making 35000 a year,them... 5 mil)

6)$10 beer

7)$20 parking

8)Relentless heartburn after a $7.50 stadium dog.

9)Half hour waits to take a leak.

10)Getting 3 hours of sleep on a work night because the game went to 2OT's.....you stayed, your team lost.

11)A 15 minute drive that lasts 3 hours because of the traffic after the game.

There are many more, and I mostly enjoy catching a game or two a year, but be prepared to take the good with the bad.
